Stillness Manor & Spa is a magnificent and very secluded property located above the Constantia Valley of Cape Town and False Bay. With its luxurious suites, this historic Cape Dutch manor welcomes you amidst the beautiful vineyards and forests of Tokai.

The Spa with its indoor heated pool provides a full range of exciting treatments and therapies and a sanctuary from reality.

Guests are accommodated either in the main Manor House which has 7 spacious suites including an elegant presidential suite or in one of several cottage suites tucked away in the Manor's gardens. Peace, seclusion, privacy and unrivalled views best describe this hidden jewel.

The 360º views are the best in the Peninsula. From the terrace, one can enjoy 130 kilometres of mountains and the False Bay. Our location is simply unique.

Restaurants

No dining restaurant as such, but a wonderful breakfast area with views down to the Cape Flats and False Bay.

3 Executive Suites: Situated in the main manor house. These spacious suites feature large, luxurious bathrooms with shower and bath, a lounge area and extensive views. All Excutive suites include mini bar, Satellite TV, CD Player, air conditioning, safe.

4 Luxury Suites :These suites are all individually and tastefully decorated. Each has its own separate sitting area with Satellite TV , mini bar , and fireplace. One of the Luxury suites is a family unit, comprising of one twin bedded room as well as one with a queen sized.
