Recently he has been awarded the Top 10 young chef in Asia 2006, The Best French restaurant in China 2005/2006, and the Best 150 Relais Gourmand Master Chef of the world 2006 by Relais and Chateaux.

Maia's 30 Villas are differentiated only by their location and therefore their unique views. The entire Villa which features a spacious gazebo area with thatched roof, an adjacent bar and an oversized day-bed, is 250m² in size.
