After your over night flight you arrive early morning at Cape Town International Airport. You will be met by our representative who will assist you with your car hire and hand you a Welcome Pack containing information for your trip.

You will self drive to the fantastic 5* Twelve Apostles hotel at the famous Camps Bay. This hotel is perfectly located, just a step away from loads of restaurants, cafes and bars - more than you could wish for! Your stay will be for 4 nights in a double room on a b & b basis

Whilst you're in this beautiful city, you can explore and discover Table Mountain & Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, take a trip out to Robben Island and see where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated for 22 years! Visit many of the great beaches or perhaps the Constantia Wine Valley - the options are endless

Indeed, no visit to Cape Town would be complete without a trip to the Cape Peninsula and we have included on DAY THREE a Private 1 Day Tour of the Peninsula to include Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope, the Penguins at Boulders Beach and the amazingly scenic Chapman's Peak Drive.

Today you will depart Cape Town, return to the airport, drop off your vehicle and take a short flight up to Port Elizabeth. Collect your hire vehicle and drive down to Plettenberg Bay in the heart of the Garden Route. Here you will stay at the wonderful Emily Moon River Lodge 4* for 4 nights in a double suite on a b & b basis.

Check in and relax with a glass of wine on your own private verandah overlooking the Bitou River wetlands and later dine in their excellent restaurant - Emilys - where booking is advisable!

Use your time to explore and discover everything that the Plettenberg area can offer, including riding elephants at The Crags Elephant Sanctuary, visiting Monkeyland and The World of Birds, taking an Ocean Safari or kayacking and for those who like adventure, jump from the highest bungee jump in the world at the nearby Bloukraans Bridge.

Today you will depart from Emily Moon and drive to the Eastern Cape via Port Elizabeth to the luxury 5* Kareiga River Lodge.

You will stay at the Lodge on a fully inclusive basis (all meals, all drinks and game activities)for 4 nights.

At Kariega leave your car and be driven to the lodge where you will enjoy a leisurely lunch sitting maybe on the deck overlooking the river.

After lunch check into your spacious luxury thatched suite and relax before your high tea and evening game drive

After your exciting first drive, return to the lodge for a wonderful dinner and chance to swop stories on your sightings with your fellow guests!

During your 4 day stay you will have 8 game activities that will include (weather permitting) exciting river boat safaris.

Today, after your early morning game drive and breakfast, you will check out of River Lodge and self drive to Port Elizabeth Airport where you will leave your hire car and board your flight to the UK via Johannesburg O R Tambo International Tour Includes:
